Description

From the island's capital, Palma, and its international airport, Son San Joan, you can reach Mallorca's second largest town, Manacor, after about 50 km and a total journey time of about 40 minutes via an excellently developed two-lane country road.

Here, just 3 km north of Manacor, is the district of Es Rafalet ("small estate"), in the scenically beautiful area of ​​Sa Rotana.

This rural property measures 14,308 m² and is located in the immediate vicinity (approximately 1 km as the crow flies) of a private golf course and the eponymous 5-star luxury hotel, "La Reserva Rotana Golf Resort." It is only a 15-minute drive to Porto Cristo and the sea.

The country house (construction to begin soon) is a single-story building consisting of two "wings" separated by the entrance area of ​​the country house.
